David Jacobsen
Regenerative Farmer
The easy way was never of interest to David. Much more, it is the challenges of our time - climate change, loss of biodiversity - that bring him into action. He has been perfecting his craft as a biodynamic farmer since 2017 as co-manager of Gut Rheinau and co-founder of "Mulch 2.0" (mulch plantings in vegetable production). He passes on his knowledge as co-director of the "Biodynamic Education Switzerland". Public relations, networking of farmers into society and direct sales of agricultural goods are essential for the success of his cause - which he also proves with his involvement in the "POT Initiative" and the regional citizens' society "Koopernikus"
