Agricultural Engineer, Organizational Consultant and Systemic Coach

For over 20 years, Thomas has been involved with the fascinating possibilities of learning and working processes in collegial groups and has led training courses for facilitators and coaches. He sees himself as a catalyst for development processes of people and organizations, and initially set up and managed the technical consultancy of the "Bioland" organic farming association in Bavaria. Meanwhile, Thomas focuses on the human and organizational aspects of change processes and, together with his colleagues from entra, accompanies organizations and agricultural entrepreneurs. He is voluntarily involved as a board member of the Bioland Foundation.
